'Suffolk Blue' is a creamy rich, soft and luxurious blue-veined cheese.

Suffolk Farmhouse Cheeses is a family run business established in July 2004 out of a desire to survive in the dairy industry and to support the local food industry.

So Jason and Katharine Salisbury started to produce hand-made cheeses and now have a herd of 20 award-winning pedigree Guernseys.
