'Binham Blue' is a creamy rich, soft and luxurious blue-veined cheese that is never overpowering but overflowing with character.

Founded in 2001, Mrs Temple's Cheese was started by Catherine Temple to use milk produced in the village of Wighton by the award-winning Chalk Farm Herd, bred and nurtured by John Temple for over fifty years. Two staff make a range of carefully researched popular fresh cheeses including Binham Blue.
