Created by the local Strachan family in the aftermath of the devastating BSE and Foot and Mouth epidemics to preserve their herd of pedigree Holstein cows.

Their philosphy is that the better the cows are cared for, the happier and more productive they are.

Fed on local produce and watered from the onsite well, Marybelle has flourished and is available from a variety of restaurants and outlets across the entire region.
