We've completed the redecoration of the Queen's Head, refurbishing our main bar from top to bottom with new carpets and soft furnishings throughout too.

As part of the overall refurbishment, we've reintroduced a lounge area in what was until last July our non-smoking bar. Given the time of year and the vagaries of the weather, we hope that you'll enjoy the combined pleasures of a fireside drink and leather armchair comfort !

On Mothering Sunday, 2nd March, we'll be serving from a special menu that includes locally-reared roast beef. And if you treat Mum by bringing her out to lunch we'll have a surprise gift for her too.

On Friday 7th March we've the first in our short season of Music Nights. To open the season we've booked the ever-popular George Jackson - so pay us a visit !
